Best Affordable Running Shoes for Women

Running shoes can cost a lot of money. There are a lot of good and bad brands out there. In my experience, I have found Nike Cross Trainers to be the best affordable running shoes for women on the market.

They are high-quality, but can be relatively reasonably priced, depending on which exact model of shoe you are looking for. I really like the Nike Women’s Air Retaliate Running Shoes. They range in price from about $50 to $60, depending on where you look to find them.

They can be purchased online at just about any retailer which sells athletic shoes, as well as in stores such as Kohl’s, Sports Authority, or Dick’s Sporting Goods. Of course, there is a wider selection of running shoes made by Nike, and it is a matter of what is considered affordable in your budget.

Some of their running shoes are as much as $160, and claim shock resistance and air-soles to help alleviate the discomforts of pounding pavement on your legs and shins. The choice for an affordable running shoe will also depend on whether you plan to run on a treadmill or on the pavement.

The less expensive Air Retaliate is great for treadmill running, as well as some light pavement, or soft ground. A more expensive, supportive shoe will serve a runner better if she typically runs on pavement.

It is important for women to have a good running shoe. A good shoe will provide support to the joints and lower back as well. I have found the best affordable running shoes for women online at retailers like Amazon.com, but have also been able to find them in local stores.

The Nike Women’s Air Retaliate Running Shoes are one of my personal favorites. They are only around $50 dollars, and provide ample support for a treadmill run, and for some occasional hitting of the pavement.
